Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Return (if applicable)
We accept product returns. The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send your package to the correct address.

Custom or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.
Consumers are not responsible for shipping if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us.
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
